Basically, due to the flatness of the surface of PEPA®, the paper surface has uniformity and low roughness, and the screen printing pattern has excellent resolution, especially the full-page color uniformity, which is especially good. |
2. |
The paper surface of the coating type PEPA® widely accepts inks. Any paper ink and plastic ink have excellent adherence and printing adaptability, so it can use screen ink printing as common paper. |
3. |
The paper surface of the non-coating type PEPA® is limited to the ink acceptance. If you emphasize the adherence of the printing ink, please further test and evaluate adherence before the use. Our company recommends that you use the SSP ink of Taiwan Liying Dope Company and the SPP ink of the Big World Ink Company when printing. |
4. |
Please select the required PEPA® level and adjust the volatilization speed of the ink solvent according to the printer properties and the demands of printing. The maximum length of the coating type PEPA® is 2060m/m, and the maximum width of the non-coating type of PEPA® is up to 2000m/m. |

5. |
If you require a product with a thickness greater than 200µ, it is suggested you finish the printing by laminating and attaching PEPA® . |
