Purchasing Procedure

For Inbound Purchases:
1. Payment:
● 30% downpayment T/T
● Stock available: Open the purchase order
● No stock available: Scheduled for production
 
 
2. Shipment :
 
● 70% balance T/T
● After the remittance of the 70% balance amount T/T:
  Stock available:
Delivery within 5 working days after receipt of the purchase order
  No stock available:
Delivery about 30 working days after receipt of the purchase order
   

 

 

For Outbound Purchases:
1. Payment:
● 30% downpayment T/T
● Stock available: Open the purchase order
● No stock available: Scheduled for production
 
 
2. Shipment :
Minimum order quantity of at least one 20-foot container
 
● 70% balance T/T
● Stock available:
Container loading within 14 days after receipt of purchase order.
  No stock available:
Container loading about 45 days after receipt of purchase order.
● Delivery will be further notified on the individual order.
