PEPA^® Printing instructions

Notes for PEPA^® in gravure printing：

1. Application

Pressure sensitive labels, In-mold labels, In-mold labels, Wrap around labels, Spin formation labels, raw material packaging bags, baggage express delivery bags, gift and flower packaging films, facestock lamilation, , middle-size and small-size shopping bags, large size shopping bags, food packaging film, exhibition wallpaper, and shower article packaging film.

2. Notes for gravure printing

Basically, PEPA^® is machined by gravure printing, so it is suggested that special ink be used for surface scraping resistant PP. If required, adjust the ink viscosity and the printing roller depth according to the degree of ink soaking so as to obtain a pattern with excellent brightness and resolution.

If you print using solvent ink, please refer to the following specifications：

(1)	Please adjust and keep suitable proportions between the ink and the solvent according to the speed of the printer. This is also helpful for stabilizing the printing quality
(2)	According to the selection of solvent, please select the solvent with suitable volatilization speed to dilute the ink according to the printer speed, drying ability, and environmental moisture and temperature.
(3)	If the pattern demands dark or light colors (layering), please select a solvent with low volatilization speed to prevent abnormal printing.
