 PEPA® Printing instructions

 

Notes for PEPA® in Relief ( flexography ) printing::

 
 

1. Application

 
       Pressure sensitive labels and In-mold labels.
 
 
 

2. General relief printer, General flexography printer

 
     Printing notes:
     Refer to the following descriptions to acquire the best printing quality with flexography:
1. Ink use specifications:
Specifications for suitable ink in lithography printing.
   
2. Please test the blue color (such as cyan) and fluorescent inks before starting the printing, because some brand names of the inks may cause color fading. Coat the inks on the paper and observe for 2 – 3 days to make sure the colors does not change. If and discol4oration occurs, use and test other brand names. It is not recommended to add compound and varnish in the inks for PEPA, because the inks may discolor easily with these additives.
   
3. If an ordinary flexographic printing press is used for printing, use skinning ink to print the blue color instead of non-skinning ink, which is appropriate to the evenness of color blocks.
 
 
 

3. UV rotary-relief printer, UV rotary-flexography printer

 
     Printing notes:
1. The UV inks can be selected more freely.
   
2. Recommended inks:
