Quick-drying Formulation of High-absorption Ink |
The base of NAN YA synthetic paper development and design takes “easy printing and easy drying” as its target. Therefore, in the formula, we use high-absorption ink filler formulation, and apply the surface with synthetic paper porosity and activity so it will tightly hold the ink. |
After use and verification of many clients, in the offset printing, NAN YA PP synthetic paper can adopt the offset ink as common paper, dry in 2-4 hours after printing, and continue the printing on the other side, which is a huge breakthrough in the printing of synthetic paper. |

Notes: |
1. |
Wetting water: |
pH value-suggested 5.5~6.0
IPA% -suggested 11%~15%
(measured by using the PH meter and the alcohol concentration meter) |
● |
A pH value that is too low will affect the printing image area, and can even damage the printing image and prolong the drying time. A pH value of less than 6 will keep the greatest tension between the wetting water and the ink, and hard emulsion. |
● |
High IPA%, relatively reduced layout water amount, excellent performance to ink mesh and high drying speed. |
2. |
Use the four-color alcohol printer to the greatest extent possible. |
3. |
The baffle height should be about 12-15cm. |
4. |
The printing interval should be 0.01-0.02mm less than the paper thickness. |
5. |
Adjust the hue and try to use white ink. |
6. |
Please use a fine powder (such as potato powder), and the powder injection amount should be slightly greater than that of the common coated paper. |
7. |
After the printing, stand the paper until it is completely dried, and then it can be moved (continue the printing over 2-4hr, and it will be completely dry in 12-24hr) |

Liquid or solid ink |
Applicable product: |
BJJ、BJL |
Notes: |
The BJJ /BJL is of the ink-jet level, and currently, only the source material and the primer treatment material are machined for the client. |
Thermal printing: |

Thermal printing and heat transfer printing |
Applicable product: |
BCA、BCP、BCH、BCHIV |
Notes: |
1. |
WAX/RESIN mixed same-level color tape such as SONY-4065 or RICOH-B110A or FUZI-FBR should be used for heat transfer printing… |
2. |
If using Resin color tape, the plant must make the primer layer treatment to be adaptive to the thermal printing on the surface. |
