Since PEPA® is made of plastic material, an adjustment of the formula is required in the application of solvent used as release agent : ：
A.Adjustment of response temperature: Adjust it to be 80 - 100℃.
B.Prevention from platinum poisoned: Adjust the formula for improvement. |

When the reaction temperature of the release agent is decreased to a temperature lower than 100℃, the temperature of the oven shall be decreased accordingly to avoid shrinking of PEPA® due to overheat. |

The production speed shall be adjusted based on the reaction temperature of the release agent to avoid bad reaction. Therefore, the longer the oven duration is, the higher the production efficiency will be. |

A precision control mechanism for winding tension will be much helpful. |

Low-temperature reaction drying type self adhesive glue is better for the size stable of release paper; Besides , the selection of the adhesive is the same as the current use. |

Pay attention to the attachment tension between the adhesive process and the labels or the facestock laminated to prevent abnormal curling of the product. |

To acquire a good and stable adhesion between PEPA® and the release agent, if you have On-Line Corona treatment device,We suggest you to open before the costing process so as to control and stabilize the adhesion strength between the release agent and PEPA® and avoid problems caused by insufficient tension on the surface of PEPA® . |
