Application:
Coated film (coating) is used in the fabrication process of most of the TPU/ PU backing paper and TPU/PU, for TPU is a hot melting resin, which needs to be processed and fabricated through coated film; PU is a solvent resin and needs to be produced by coating. Moreover, the backing paper of TPU/PU is the liner backing paper used in the fabrication process which can be called as release of backing paper while its surface can be customized with three-dimensional micro structures while adding coated the film (coating), with the embossing structure of backing paper that can rollover to the surface of TPU/PU completely, so it can reach the effects of micro structures with no need of purchasing embossing equipment. Moreover, it can be used for 8 to 16 times according to the design of fabrication process in order to realize the main three effects, namely being environmentally friendly, filled with keen artistry as well as being durable.

8-16 times reusability:
Release of backing paper has many kinds of materials and its structure can be divided into two different kinds, namely multilayer structure and single layer structures, wherein PET and synthetic paper are in a solid core single layer structure while the coated paper and YUPO are made into a multilayer structure. Since the backing paper must be fabricated by coating, baking and stripping and so on together with adhesive film; therefore, the backing paper in multilayer structures cannot be heated, pressed and stripped for many times, otherwise its structure will be damaged. On the contrary, the synthetic paper in a single layer special structure not only can be processed many times ( it can be processed for up to 8 to 16 times, according to the ability of the fabrication process), but it also has the characters of higher anti-static electricity, anti-fouling,multiple embossing and so on, compared with the PET material.
