Specifications:
PEPA®:PP-80 / PS-80 |
Description:
Bottle cap inner seal liners are traditionally made from natural paper laminated with plastic film, while the sealing agent is coated on the plastic film; this technique utilizes the elasticity of natural paper and the moisture resistant and colloidality of plastic film. However, this practice not only has higher costs, but also the effect of the sealing agent is disposable. Furthermore, it has such shortcomings as being non-aesthetic and not recyclable because of being a composite material. On the contrary, PEPA® is special in this area; it can be applied by utilizing a pressure sensitive method and theory, allowing it to be sealed repeatedly. It is a single material so thus recyclable, and its finished products are high quality.
※We recommend this product for pressure sensitive plants and food companies.
