Description：

This product is a scratch resist internal decorating material used for cars. Its structure includes a thermoplastic polyolefin membrane leather (TPO, Thermoplastic olefin) and is laminated with polypropylene foam (PP-Foam). The surface of TPO membrane leathers are processed by a layer of special water treating agent, so it is provided with the characteristics of scratch resistant and optical activity extinction (?) etc..
Being an internally decorating material used in cars, this product will pass the strict environmentally friendly test experiments, for it must be provided with excellent scratch resistant and optical activity extinction after being wiped; moreover, it should pass the multiple tests such as high-temperature resistance test, weather resistance and odor reduction tests and so on before it will be used for vehicles.

Advantage：
1.	Woodiness embossing lagging material are used for ordinary indoor wallboard decorating, compartmental material and indoor decorating board materials.
2.	It has good scratch resistance, optical activity extinction, high-temperature resistance, odor reducing functions; what’s more, it is easy to process and recycle to be in line with environmental protection laws and regulations.
3.	Its surface still has good scratch resistance and optical activity extinction results after being wiped, so it will not fall off with long term use.
4.	The surface of TPO membrane leather is processed by a layer of a special water treating agent, so it is scratch resistant and has lower VOC while also being in line with environmental protection regulations.
5.	The PP foam has four specifications, namely in 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0mm with the foaming ratio being 15, 20, 25, 30 times respectively. It can also be customized according to the personalized demands of customers.
